Are you ready to raise the barre in the fitness industry?

The barre fitness phenomenon has been gaining momentum over the past few years and is quickly making its way to the top of the “must try” lists all over the country. There are quite a few methods and philosophies out there, but there are NONE like this one.

BarreFlow combines the flow of a vinyasa yoga class with the science of corrective exercise to create a complete workout for body and mind in only 45 minutes.

We are looking for both experienced group fitness instructors and novices alike to help us spread the word and start the BarreFlow movement.

Be prepared to challenge yourself mentally and physically for 2 jam packed days at the barre!

Cost is only $399 for 12 hours worth of continuing education credits for  YA,  AFAA and NASM. Cost includes all materials and access to ongoing support and instruction.
